7749 is a set of 49 clay stones which were molded one per day as a daily routine referencing the duration of Zuo Ci. It was to mimic the feeling of touch when holding two cobblestones that bequeathed by my aunt. During the process of molding, traces of lifelines on my palm were left on the clay stone’s surface, which corresponded to the separation and ther elationship with her. The first clay stone was buried by the melted wax.
